Privacy Policy
PostRoutes is a neighborhood referral mail service for home service providers, operated by [Pensacola Design Studio, LLC] ("PostRoutes," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to postroutes.com, the provider landing pages we host, and the mailers we send.
The short version
We collect only what we need to connect neighbors with a local service provider. When you fill out a form on a provider's page, your information goes to that provider. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Information we collect
From homeowners who fill out a provider's landing page form: your name, address, phone number, and any details you add about the service you want.
From service providers who apply for our beta or work with us: your name, business name, email, phone number, service area, and the information you give us to set up a campaign, such as the address of an existing customer's street.
Mailing addresses: to send mailers, we use street and address information provided by the service provider and from public or commercially available address sources. We use these addresses only to deliver mail for that provider's campaign.
Basic site data: like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and which mailer or street a QR code scan came from. This helps us understand whether a campaign is working.
How we use it
To send your request to the service provider named on the page, so they can contact you and give you a quote
To design, print, and mail campaigns for our service providers
To measure how campaigns perform, such as how many neighbors on a street responded
To respond to your questions and run our business
To keep our site secure and working properly
Who we share it with
The service provider on the page. When you submit a form on a provider's landing page, your information goes directly to that provider. That's the whole point: they contact you, not us. Once they have it, their own privacy practices apply.
Companies that help us operate. We use a small number of trusted vendors for things like website hosting, form handling, email, and printing and mailing. They can use your information only to do that work for us.
When required by law. We may share information if we're legally required to, or to protect the rights and safety of PostRoutes, our providers, or others.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share your information with competing providers or run it through a marketplace.
How we contact you
We don't market to homeowners ourselves. If you submit a form, the service provider may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. If you want them to stop, just tell them, or contact us and we'll pass it along.
Stop receiving our mailers
If you'd rather not receive PostRoutes mailers at your address, email us at postroutepensacola@gmail.com with your street address and we'll remove it from future campaigns.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it to run campaigns, measure results, and meet legal or accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
Keeping it secure
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect, and we limit who can see it.
Children
Our site and services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing postroutepensacola.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
