Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of postroutes.com and the provider landing pages we host (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Pensacola Design Studio, ("PostRoutes," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What PostRoutes does

PostRoutes helps local home service providers reach the neighbors of their existing customers by mail. Each mailer and landing page carries the provider's name, and requests go directly to that provider.

PostRoutes is not a party to any service agreement between a homeowner and a provider. We don't perform lawn care or any other home service, and we don't set prices, quote jobs, schedule work, or guarantee a provider's work. Any service, price, or agreement is between you and the provider.

Offers and discounts

Any discount or neighbor rate shown on a mailer or landing page is offered by the provider named on it. The provider sets the terms, including who qualifies and how long it lasts. Offers may change or end at any time, and questions about an offer should go to the provider.

For service providers

If you apply for our beta or run campaigns with us, the specific terms of that arrangement, such as pricing, campaign scope, and payment, will be agreed with you separately. These Site terms still apply to your use of the Site.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, services, reviews, and offers they give us to display, and for honoring the offers shown on their mailers and pages.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Please don't:

• Submit false information or requests on someone else's behalf without their permission

• Try to access, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its systems

• Copy or scrape content or contact information from the Site

• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited messages

Our content

The PostRoutes name, logo, mailer designs, and Site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Provider names, logos, photos, and reviews belong to those providers.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no promises about the results of any campaign, or about the quality, timing, or pricing of any provider's services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PostRoutes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any service, offer, or interaction between you and a provider.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
